Introduction
The xxx is a holding company of Mining Rights Located in Amapá State, northern of Brazil. His main area of activity is related to development of new business related to
the exploitation of deposits of iron ore. In this document, we will make a presentation of the following DNPM numbers: 858.009/2006, 858.046/2006, 858.048/2006, 858.049/2006
with Final Report, and 858.173/2008, 858.043/2010, 858.039/2010 with Partial Research Report, totalizing 43.623,05 ha. Currently the structure of xxxx MINERAÇÃO S.A. is made up
of 88% of own Shares and 12% of company shares Acquired by Russian SEVERSTAL in 2011.

O xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx é uma holding de Direitos Minerários Localizado no Estado do Amapá, norte do Brasil. Sua principal área de atividade está relacionada ao desenvolvimento de novos negócios relacionados com a exploração de jazidas de minério de ferro. Neste documento, vamos fazer uma apresentação dos seguintes números DNPM: 858.009/2006, 858.046/2006, 858.048/2006, 858.049/2006 com o Relatório Final, e 858.173/2008, 858.043/2010, 858.039/2010, com Relatório de Pesquisa parcial, totalizando 43.623,05 ha. The 24 holes has on average 118 meters each, totaling 2851.28 meters linear samples.

Logistics
The nearest existing port from the areas involved on the project is Santana, which is 215 Km away from the areas through BR156, an asphalt road. The easiest way for the logistics of iron ore would be to construct a railway extension from areas of SPG to the existing railroad.
The railroad now connects Serra do Navio to the port of Santana. Access coming from areas of SPG could be directed near the Porto Grande town. The best way to build this railroad extension would be the margins of BR156. The Distance from xxxxx areas following the BR156 existing road: 103 Km / 64 Miles Standard International Rail 1,435mm.
Logística
O porto mais próximo existente das áreas envolvidas no projeto é Santana, que é 215 quilômetros longe das áreas através da BR156, uma estrada de asfalto. A maneira mais fácil para a logística de minério de ferro seria construir uma extensão de caminho de ferro a partir de áreas de xxxxx à existente ferrovia. A ferrovia liga agora Serra do Navio até o porto
de Santana. O acesso vindo de áreas de xxxx poderia ser dirigido perto da cidade Porto Grande. A melhor maneira de construir esta extensão ferroviária seriam as margens da BR156.
A distância de áreas xxxxx seguindo a BR156 estrada existente: 103 km / 64 Miles Norma Rail 1435 milímetros.
